Absolutely amazing loft..well decorated, thoughtful touches, complimentary wine snacks and beverages! Loved this space! Also walkable to downtown so we didnt have to worry about parking downtown and couod take our time enjoying surrounding neighborhood amd late night spots

We had a fabulous time at Andrey’s loft. It was walking distance to the blue line and we were able to get around in the city without a car! The home was extremely clean and he was very responsive when I had questions before our trip. Highly would recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful and comfy townhome as described in the photos. Andrey was a fantastic host, proactively checking in on us and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Good location near everything! We will be back!

This place is great! It’s in a very nice neighborhood and walking distance to plenty of food and drink as well as a greenway along the river. It’s modern, clean, and well suited for a quick getaway to Charlotte.

Hopefully I won’t get long winded because I hate that when I’m reading reviews, however there is SO much to say about Andre’s spot. I do feel like the word aesthetics is thee most popular word of 2024, BUT I have to say this place was aesthetically BEAUTIFUL. Spotless, peaceful, cozy, perfect location of anywhere I’ve stayed, and I’ve stayed at many. There was not a single thing left out. Barcodes for instructions on the projector screen, and the bathroom speaker. If plain and simple is you, THIS is your place! The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, as well as plenty of drinks in the fridge. Coffee, hot chocolate, wine…the list goes on. If I hadn’t come to Charlotte with a purpose, I would’ve been just fine being locked away in this wonderful place. Andry is VERY responsive, let me not leave out the fact he let us check in HOURS before our check in..making sure we didn’t lose that first day in travel! Thank you!!! This will now be my go to in Charlotte. Do not hesitate to book!
