I serious doubt the owner has been to the place or has done any repairs recently. The house was in dire need of a handyman. Shower drains not working, kitchen cabinet door falling off, broken coffee pot, door knobs loose, high hat light falling, garage door not working, overgrown landscaping over the hot tub/spa. We didn't contact the owner about our issue as we decided not to spend our time fixing stuff. Pros - 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Spacious. Third floor crows nest. Great for large family. Four bedrooms. Cons - kitchen is on the second level. Spent most of the time going up and down the stairs. No elevator for the handicapped. Extra paperwork in the beginning because of a guard gate. Required every visitors name and vehicle. Main road had a bridge toll of $3.00. Driveway basically a two car spot. Four cars is a stretch. Would have been nice to have a full propane tank to BBQ and a newer smart tv in the main living area to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime.

You have a lovely home. The furnishing are beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful and my kids found everything very walkable. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Perfect location. Reasonable distance to restaurants and stores and walkable distance with kids to the beach. Very private and quiet even with neighbors an absolutely wonderful stay for a getaway with the family. Enjoyable experience and we loved the area!
