This property is the perfect base to enjoy holidays in the much sought after holiday destination of Polzeath, famous for the wonderful surfing beach and rolling green hills. The picturesque Polzeath beach is a lovely 20-minute walk on a public footpath surrounded by wild flowers and fields that goes through the lush valley across the golf course.
