Lee And Carries place is beautiful and peaceful! The cabin had everything we needed and was very cozy. My kids enjoyed fishing at the pond & walking the trails. Lee & Carrie are really friendly people & were great at communicating. We will love to come back in the summer.

Ever experience when you planned out a trip with an itinerary and the weather did not cooperate? Well that is what happened to us on this trip, but the very high of our trip was staying at Carrie and Lee’s. From the time of booking, Carrie was responsive and informative. I felt so prepared about the cabin, surrounding areas, food, gas and things to go and do. There was a lot of rain and we actually planned to be outdoors a lot but it didn’t bother us because the cabin is so cozy, plenty of space, games, movies, reading areas, nap spots, stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. It even snowed! Which was such a great experience; the views outside were picturesque. We hope to come back and stay again in the future.

We loved our stay in Manton. We traveled here to attend a funeral service in Shingletown and Lee and Carrie were very accommodating to our less than perfect schedule. The home comfortably fit ourselves, two children and our pet. The house was outfitted with all the basic essentials. We wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely return so we can visit more of the property next time.
