Nancy's space delivered! We we looking for a private, quiet home base for our first 5 nights of a 3 week trip. The interior is light with high ceilings and several windows with a stunning view from the fire ring area and back patio. The kitchen has sharpe knives (not something I have ever experienced when traveling and MUCH appreciated as we cooked often during our stay.) The kitchen was VERY well appointed; we especially appreciated the cooking tools, coffee grinder and bean coffee!. The neighborhood was quiet and parking in a carport was as treat and made loading and unloading a breeze. Each morning we sat on the back patio and sipped coffee and looked out over the valley and each night we sipped cocktails and watched the stars come out. Each day we saw deer, turkeys, loads of squirrels, jays and ravens. We will certainly return to Nancy's AirBnB the next time we visit Shingletown!

Beautiful view, photos don't do it justice. The space is also larger than I expected. Very well maintained, inside looks just as new as it does in the photos. No issues at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s cottage. Well equipped (especially appreciated the under floor heating in bathroom) with breathtaking views. We had frequent visits from the local wildlife including turkeys and deer! Great base to explore Lassen & thanks for all the local recommendations

Great place for a long weekend getaway. Clean and comfortable space. Beautiful views of the forest and mountains. Host has clear instructions for check in/check out and is responsive through the Airbnb app.
