Overall we had a great stay, but the house is generally in poor shape. The building itself needs some serious work but it’s got some cool features. Pros: - Great space for a larger group - Very cozy - Lots of board games to play - Kitchen was nice - Really well stocked - Stocked with cleaning supplies - Great entertainment space - Couch was super comfy - Plenty of chairs by fire for a big group - Beds were c Cons: - Missing all sheets & pillowcases in basement bunk room - Water leaking in basement - front lock wasn’t charged, host said they’d come replace batteries but never did - Front door wouldn’t lock because the lock doesn’t line up with the door frame (serious safety concern!!!) - Wasps coming in through window cracks- looked like might’ve had a nest somewhere in the eaves? - Bed frame in one of the bedrooms by the kitchen was broken - Great room windows didn’t close completely and had no handles - Hot tub lid kept blowing open and water sprayed everywhere - Dirty sheets

Beautiful place with a lot of nice amenities. Has ton of things to entertain yourself.

Mostly had a great stay. Lots of good here. There were a few things that we wish were different. When we arrived, there was trash in the yard by the fireplace. Overall, the pictures on the webpage do not represent the property well and the property is not up to the quality represented by the pictures. Most of the windows in the house do not open or have screens if they did. Even the windows that do open are difficult We were only four people and the hot water would run out. The garbage cans are not secured and bears come onto the property and get trash out of the cans and then go down the hill to go through it all. This is a regular occurrence and there are many trash sites down the hill. Due to the proximity of the trashcans and the tub, we didn’t use it (plus there was too much chemistry in the water). It was cute to see them but would prefer to view them in a different way. We have addressed these items with the managers and hope most will be taken care of.

Overall, we had a great time at this home. Aiden was very responsive, speedy, and helped when there were issues with the Wi-Fi. However, there were issues that made the stay less-than-ideal. The home was clearly not cleaned well when we arrived as there were candy wrappers and trash all over the basement floor and a pair of socks and candy wrappers found in the sheets in one of the beds. There was also an old coffee filter still filled with coffee found in the coffee machine that had begun to grow a fungus or mold. If you have a lively group coming to stay at this home, I would think twice- there are neighbors that do not like noise and will complain.
