We had a great stay here with our family. It’s located close to restaurants and shopping but still quiet. There’s also a good park a few blocks away. The house is stocked with everything you would need for a stay. Austin was responsive when I had a question. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the location and convenience… really appreciated the beach towels… and the convenience of the in unit washer/dryer… the TWO parking spaces definitely a bonus… and the number of beds/people able to accommodate really was wonderful. Beds were super comfy too!

A well-stocked airbnb in a good location. It felt very safe and central. It was easy to walk to downtown, the beach, and lots of good restaurants. However the living room furniture is grimy and stained, and the master bedroom upstairs is minimally decorated with a low bed with no box spring. It felt very dated and we opted to let our 12 year old son take the giant master while we took the smaller but cuter bedroom downstairs. Bathrooms need an update as well. There was plenty of space for our family of five, and everyone slept well. This place has a lot going for it, but needs an update. Consider it a value choice for the area, because Ventura is so expensive.

Cute place for the area. Coffee shop across the street. Very clean and accommodating. Austin was very responsive with any messages I sent. Kitchen very well equipped. He was also very open to a couple of suggestions I had for future guests. Would definitely stay again. Not sure if I missed it in the description when I booked, but I thought I had rented a downstairs unit, but I was placed in an upstairs unit, which was a little hard for my mom to walk up and down. Just be sure you know which unit you are reserving.
