Conveniently situated just 0.6 miles from the beach and 1.0 mile from Downtown Ventura, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility. Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven. The Primary Suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while Bedroom #2 offers another king bed, and Bedroom #3 features a cozy queen bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a relaxing tub. Our home's heart is its open-concept layout, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. You'll also find a beloved tiny library cherished by the neighborhood. For our younger guests, we provide books, games, booster seat, pack-n-play, and children's dishware. Pet lovers rejoice! We welcome dogs but kindly request advance notice. Unfortunately, no llamas allowed. Additionally, we offer EV charging with our Level 2 charger for eco-conscious travelers.
The house was lovely and the location is great. Audie was easy to work with and extremely responsive. Beds were so comfortable with great bedding. Would definitely stay again.
Audie was so kind and helpful. The house was exactly like it was in the pictures and more! It was the perfect place for our vacation and we felt at home. The pack and play, and toys was great for our son, who played with them a lot. The beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and there were lots of great food, breweries, cafes, etc. close by. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time staying at Audie's place. The home itself was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Very close to points of interest in downtown Ventura, including the beach. It was also a great home base for day trips to Santa Barbara and Ojai. Would definitely recommend!
I know this area very well having lived here 30 years. My house was under construction and I had to rent out a place to stay for my son and his wife and new baby for Easter. I can’t believe that this is walkable to every great coffee, place, breakfast place and gorgeous popular dinner restaurants on both main streets anchoring blocks of the house yet all the neighbors are looking out for each other and it’s extremely peaceful, quiet and safe.. I walked the dog all around the neighborhood for hours and all the neighbors gave you a nod and we’re looking out for you. The neighborhood is very well cared for. My family did not want to leave this location. They wanted to buy the house after just staying there a few nights. I will definitely rent it out again. It was spotless and most comforting was the owner accommodated. all my last-minute changes with the dog coming or not. Host was extremely patient with my last-minute changes and all my communication. Thank you for everything.

We purchased a vacation home on Anna Maria Island, Florida in 2016 after falling in love with the island’s Low Rise, Low Key vibe. I started ARRIVED Ltd in 2019 because I really enjoy engaging with guests as well as providing a great place for travelers to rest and relax. Wanting to get back to our California beach roots, we sold our home in Florida in 2023 and purchased a 1926 Spanish Bungalow in Ventura.
