This is probably the BEST home we’ve stayed at and we travel a lot. None of them have been as clean and beautiful as this home we will be renting this place (if available) every time we travel to California for sure.

Beautiful location, family friendly, spacious, close drive to beach and downtown, near parks, the list goes on. I felt safe, walked 3 miles every morning by myself. My kids loved the house, location was near parks. One call out I would say is there are no curtains, as everyone mentioned. Buy some travel curtains on amazon, easy fix! I will be staying here again!

The views of the ocean and valley from the decks were beautiful and so rejuvenating. Loved the modern open floor plan and chef kitchen!

The house is beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood. It is very close to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. The views are breathtaking. It was very clean with the exception of a few spiderwebs in the bathrooms and on the ceilings. It was very comfortable with two living areas upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a very spacious laundry room. Like others mentioned, it does not have any blinds or screens on the windows and sliding glass doors. I understand that it blocks the beautiful view but you can see directly into the master shower and bathroom from the street. You can't open any windows at night to enjoy the southern California weather since none of the windows had screens. Despite these few things, I'm still rating it a 5 star because it was exactly as described and I knew about the lack of blinds beforehand. I would definitely rent again because it's very convenient to everything we wanted to do.
