We had a great stay in Ventura at David's place! He was an extremely friendly, responsive, and top notch host. There was candy from his own company for us to try! The place is very comfortable, including the beds. But where it really shines is the location. We were a quick walk from the beach and the State Beach, and a 5 minute drive from everything else. This is the perfect spot for your Ventura getaway!

Excellent rental and great location

This was a great location and host provided lots of games and amenities for the whole family. We walked to beach, played in the ocean, watched sunset and sunrise, rode bikes and played games. Grocery and restaurants are walkable as well. House was clean and cozy. Will be back :-)

David’s home was perfect! The home is exactly as pictured and described. It’s cozy and comfortable with a fantastic location! We loved the walkability and the tiny home touches. If you’re looking for a fun family spot then this is the place.
