The house was very clean and comfortable with a nice feel. The location of the house is convenient for Uber and Lyft but does not feel safely walkable at night. The hot tub was a big selling point but the water was not clean. The exterior security cameras on the porch and patio were pointing at living space and felt more like we were being watched than anything. We paid $155 cleaning fee for a three night, four day stay but were required to take out the trash ourselves at the end of the stay or face a $50 fine, all towels were required to be in hampers at check out, if towels, bedding or linens are left stained (including makeup) there are $5-$75 fines per item at the “owners discretion.” The check in time is at 4pm which is okay but the $25/hr early check in fee seemed excessive. Check out is at 10am and is $50/half hour after 10:15. Overall the house was nice and the stay met our needs but the laid out fines, camera position and location would keep me from recommending this property

Very modern, chic decor, kept very clean. Hot tub felt great after a long day siteseeing and being at Jazz Fest. Close to venue. Hosts very responsive and attentive. Our small group Very much enjoyed our stay.

This place was amazing and very comfortable and spacious and enjoyable. The hot tub was so needed for my tired legs after walking in New Orleans. The place was beautiful and had everything needed for the stay.

Very nice place, super accommodating, communicative, excellent all around and everybody had a really nice time.
