The house will make someone feel like you are not in Lagos. ELECTRICITY There is 24/7 electricity in the apartment which is back-up with solar inverter and generator. We run on a solar inverter and once power goes off at these times, the inverter automatically comes on. You will not be able to use the air conditioning, water heater, microwave, kitchen extractor and the iron at times when the inverter is on. However, all sockets, Wi-Fi, fans and the TV will work. We also have a generator, and these (generator and inverter) will be our alternative sources of electricity. But if electricity is not available at night, generator will be available at night from 7pm to 6am. Electricity is extremely costly and undependable in Nigeria, we are kindly seeking your indulgence to be very conscious of electric usage. No smoking Apartment.
