Get away from it all in our stunning safari lodge. Wooden floors, full bathroom with flushing loo & shower+ excellent kitchen. The lodge has a huge 4 poster bed, 800 thread count linens & Goose Down pillows. There is a wood burner & when really cold there are 2 oil radiators to keep you warm in winter months. There is a Twin Hob & microwave + a fabulous gas BBQ on the front deck. It is situated only five minutes from the beautiful town of Bruton with all its shops and restaurants. It sits on a private estate at the bottom of Alfred’s Tower Hill and the Stourhead estate. It boasts 40sqm of space and has its own parking next to the lodge. The lodge sits ten metres from the estates lake and island where you San sit and enjoy cooking on a fire pit or just sit and relax and take in the wildlife.

A unique experience in beautiful surroundings. Waking up to sunshine through the huge windows was amazing. Lovely walks in the forest. We brought our dogs who had a great time exploring the land, which was fenced. We’d originally booked it for new years but changed plans and moved it to June. Glad we did as we could imagine it getting quite chilly in the lodge as the evenings were quite cool in there. All in all, it was a lovely experience and we’d definitely like to do it again. Thank you for having us stay!

This is a really beautiful place and the photos don't do it justice. Everything you'll need is there and the shower is amazing. The lodge is on a quiet estate and the only people we saw for 3 days were gardeners and the guests at the boathouse when walking our dog. The lodge is tucked away and we almost walked straight past it so if you're looking for something secluded this is perfect. The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of walks to explore. We will definitely book again!
The safari lodge was set in a secluded area of the estate. Matt was brilliant with his communications and the lodge was well kitted out with all that you need. There was plenty of space to cook and relax. Overall it was a great experience to stay in a safari lodge.
