This was a lovely cabin for three adults and two dogs to stay. It was clean and well-equipped and the instructions for everything were very clear . It was great to have a garden and a good dog walk right alongside the property. It is well-located for many interesting places and walks. We can recommend the Walnut Tree in Mere for a wonderful meal out - very dog=friendly too.

Perfect location we went to Longleat, cheddar & wookey hole. Log cabin has everything you need and is very clean . We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great location for Longleat & Stourhead. Fab little cabin with everything you need packed in without it feeling at all cluttered. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

The cabin was lovely and cosy, with everything we needed for a few days down in Wiltshire. Very comfy beds! The location was great for dog walks, with a track just down the side of the cabin where the dogs could run off the lead. A great little co-op less than 10 mins down the road too. Would definitely recommend.

The cabin was as clean, nicely decorated, cosy, and well equipped. Responses from Pauline were prompt and instructions very clear. We enjoyed wood burner (kindling, wood, matches all provides) - it kept us warm on cold nights. There are heaters as well but would advise you bring thick socks or slippers as floors were a bit cold to feet. Although there is some noise from the road, it didn’t disturb our sleep. And there definitely is no light pollution - we enjoyed the starriest nights ever! If you don’t want to use a car, little lane behind the cabin is a starting point to good walks - to Stourhead, Alfred’s Tower and beyond. All and all - great location and great cabin to relax after day’s walks.
