Convenient. Close to pretty much everything. Polk street is very busy and can have heavy traffic at times. House is cute. Would be nice to have a binder to help troubleshoot and know what is expected at check out.

The host was one of the friendliest and most courteous of all hosts that we’ve met! Responsive, accommodating and pleasant in every way! House was amazing. Clean, new, comfortable in every regard. Amazing backyard, excellent location! Booking again for sure !

Lovely classic Eugene home, tastefully remodeled & lovingly southwest decorated with the hosts personal background & cool items. Was perfect for the four of us (3 adults & one child) & our dog. No extra pet fee! And welcoming place for our 40# service dog Area is close to the best parts of Eugene, but away from the hubbub. Has a washer & dryer...which is great in wet muddy weather. Neighborhood is quiet, street is somewhat busy, yard is fenced and cute ...even has a cool water feature. I'm sure the yard & gardens are gorgeous in summer. Would love to have had better lighting going out the bedroom door to the yard in the dark (bring a headlamp), but once we figured out where all of the switches were it worked out. (It is an older home so to be expected). There is no traditional coffee pot (so the coffee we brought went home with us), but there is a nice espresso machine & plenty of pods. Pretty much everything needed for a good stay is there. Super clean & friendly responsive hosts!!
