The large patio, with access from the master bedroom or living room, has an unparalleled ocean view of the gulf. Beautiful kitchen with all the appliances you need. Televisions in all bedrooms and the living room, preloaded with the majority of apps for you to enjoy all your shows from the beach. Free WIFI. An in-condo washer and dryer are available for use as well. This condo is in a good location. it is very close to the beach, the Publix grocery store, and bicycle trailheads. One problem that Holden could not control was the upstairs neighbor refurbishing his tile by using an air chisel. This was spring break, so that was an inconsiderate thing to do. The cleaning people also left behind some dirty washcloths, a child's toy, and my wife found some broken glass after stepping on it. This is also not Holden's fault but I have to mention it. Holden responded to us immediately and offered refunds that we did not take. With those problems fixed, this will be a good location for vacation. I think this condo is good for about three people. That is what we had. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was very pretty. We appreciated the picnic table and chairs on the patio. Great place for coffee in the morning.

This is a great place to stay!! Very beautiful and roomy. Close drive to everything you need & want to do. I would suggest keeping your shoes on inside the condo at all times. We would definitely stay here again.
