the place was perfect for our needs quiet and comfy and super clean... the host was super friendly and quick to respond...loved the feel of the A frame cabin and bathrooms and tubs and showers were very nicely done....had all the things we needed...close to water with on site boat ramp and personal dock for our boat...will be staying again in the future

Great stay, beautiful area, had a great time with my wife. Loved the house, perfect fit for 2 people and was very clean. Only downside was the kitchen wear, would recommend getting new pots and pans and more paper towels available for longer stays. Besides the that, the place was perfect and extremely comfortable.

We took our family of five to Sparta for a small Thanksgiving getaway! I read the reviews prior to our trip so I was aware of how remote it was. We were able to purchase everything prior to our trip and bring the food with us! The view was amazing! The host was very responsive to ALL of my questions. The only cons to our trip were (1) There was no broom and dustpan. (2) The bed in the Main Bedroom was really small. It was supposed to be a queen but it felt like a full. It was very comfortable though. (3) The kitchen had ONE medium sized pot and a bunch of pans. I came prepared to cook for Thanksgiving and had to prepare most of it in one pot. I made it work! (4) There was one knife in the kitchen... ever try to dice onions with a ridged (older) knife? But to say the least my family had an amazing time! The lake was my favorite part and we had our own dock just for us! Great Job Evolve! 100% Recommend! Ps. Walmart in Milledgeville isn't that far away! Lol

The cabin was really nice, but upon entering we noticed bug traps behind the couch and under the kitchen cabinets. We killed several roaches in the kitchen. I was paranoid about the bugs the whole time I was there, and I also tried to email the host, but still haven't got a response
