Haciendas Village is a resort property in which each of the apartment units seem to be "rentable" through AirBnB ( and maybe other travel sites). The layout was initially very confusing, especially because we arrived at night and had difficulty locating signs. Once we found the apartment, the instructions to enter were perfect. The apartment was big and had plenty of space for our group of five. There was dirt and hair throughout the common areas and the kitchen counter was dirty, but we managed. The staff was very friendly, especially Laura, and were quick to respond to our messages. She recommended local restaurants and even helped us try to find a place for Christmas dinner. Overall, we were please with our stay at Haciendas Village!

NO Air-conditioning for the price we paid I would of expected this as a normal service. They also only provided 1 fan for a two bedded appartment . It was so very hot at night difficult to sleep. The appartment was well presented , lovely terrace and very clean. We really struggled at times getting a taxi at the location

Our apartment here was lovely. The pool was perfect for us and the children with plenty of nice clean towels at hand. In fact it was so nice that we rarely went to the beach. It is a steep walk to the beach, but very good for your steps! We walked to Siam Park from the apartment as well and the day was fantastic. We found the best restaurants in Lá Caleta which is only a €10 taxi journey away. Mara at reception was fantastic and gave us very good recommendations. Altogether I would say this was a lovely place to stay.
