House was great, I loved the king bed... Very nice stay and close enough to everything needed but still has the out of town peacefulness!

Nice house with good amenities! Enjoyed hot tub and game room, nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice that dogs are allowed and fenced in back yard - although we didn't bring our dog, but this is a great option! House is a bit outdated and not kid friendly, but overall good house for the money - and convenient for Ball State graduation!

Our family really enjoyed your home. We had plenty of room. We liked the kitchen because three ladies were cooking different items for the family Christmas reunion being held in Middletown. We are considering staying there again. Only two things we found wrong. The lid to the Mr Coffee was missing. We looked for it and never found it. My husband was disappointed not to have his coffee. Also the spa did not get a chance to warm up after installation.
