By far the best bang for my buck- if you're on a budget, I can't recommend anything else. Good value, super walkable location, good room size/amenities. Only complaints are from other folks in the house leaving the bathroom dirty at times, and needing to have headphones some nights (heater/waterheater noisy, other folks in the house cooking).

This was one of the worst reservations I've ever experienced in my life. DeMarcus Bumpers, who is not listed on the reservation through airbnb tells me he's an "investor" and shows me around the place, which was off-putting. Then the room smelled awful due to the old carpet that was in there, the pillow smelled awful, sheets smelled awful, and the mattress smelled horrid. I used plastic bags to cover the mattress and pillow to tolerate my stay. It was dusty in the room as well. Then upon inspecting the downstairs bathroom I discovered a huge patch of black mold on the ceiling above the shower. I never met the host or co-host listed on this reservation, and they have horrible response times when trying to get in contact with them. Also, the walls are as thin as construction paper and the guests and DeMarcus slammed the doors frequently. The wifi connection was pretty much non existent, too. The only good things about this reservation were the $0.25 washer and the 5min walk to the train.
