Convenient location to stay at and for a great deal. Felt right at home

I had a pleasant stay. There were a few minor issues but overall I was quite satisfied. I was hauling a large trailer and this was after a large snowstorm, so it was critical that he had had the lot plowed, making my life and my transition to NY much easier. The downside was that the door to the apartment was in front of the house, the lot in back, such that in order to move things in and out, It was a bit of a slog over icy paths. The alternative was to park in the street temporarily, but with the snow, this wasn't a great option either. The host mentioned that Wi-fi was available, and there was a computer and desk in the place, but no instructions for accessing anything. I ended up being so distracted with my move and was able to use my phone, so I never asked about this, but if it is available, a quick note to the guest would go a long way. Finally, the front porch light was out, making it difficult to punch in a code after dark. Again not an issue for me, but should be remedied.

it was a nice place to stay but the bed was so uncomfortable... close to places to eat or shopping if you wanted to

Very nice stay in Gloversville! The place is the same than shown on the pictures. Clean, easily accessible and with appreciable extras like spices to cook or items for the breakfast. I would recommend this place during summer time. Yes we can hear the neighbors walking upstairs but it was really not disturbing at all for us. Very quiet neighborhood.
