A bright and spacious room with a work area and TV. Private bathroom (not en-suite but right next door to your room) and use of modern kitchen. Very close the the hospital with a bus route into town 2 minutes walk away. The house is seconds from the river where you can access footpaths and cycle paths to the the historic quay, Topsham, Exmouth and Dawlish. A great place to stay to explore Exeter and the wider local area or work at the hospital, university of Exeter city centre. End of terrace home built in 2014. It’s a large home so there is plenty of space for you to make yourself at home.

Very accommodating, I was late for check in but she left instructions to get in.
I had a relaxing, peaceful night at Jessica’s house. The room was cosy and clean, and the bed comfortable. Jessica was also helpful and friendly. Thankyou!
A short but satisfactory stay. Bedroom would have benefited from some space heating.
Lovely clean place and very quiet. A little difficult at first to find (Waze) but all new estate. Jess let me know how to get into town by the river walk which was lovely ❤️ Hope you enjoyed your day Jess 😊
The room and bathroom at Jessica's were clean, airy, comfortable. Jessica is a friendly and helpful host, and we would absolutely come back again!

It’s a really peaceful location with lots of lovely river walks and cycle routes straight from the house.
There is plenty of parking and I am happy for you to use my drive if needed.
