love this place! I grew up in this neighborhood and came to visit family. I felt like I was at home. very easy to communicate with the host and she was extremely accommodating. just minutes to Raymond James stadium downtown, Ybor city, and interstate.

Very nice and comfortable place. We’ve stayed at 3 AB&B’s last few months in Tampa and liked this one the best. Comfortable beds, couch, etc. very spacious. It’s on a busy street which is good and bad. Good in that it’s walking distance to food, coffee, etc. Bad in that you can hear cars driving by in front bedroom. If we stayed here again I would bring earplugs. Would definitely stay here again and do recommend it.

The place was okay, we found a dead roach in the bathroom, the water never got warm in the shower, some of the towels had someone else’s hair in them and some holes, the place was on a major street, so if you want peace and quiet this wouldn’t be the place for you. The neighbors in the conjoined apartment that we shared a wall with were fighting at 2am. I will not be back.
