The Townhouse is a new two-story construction that features three bedrooms and two and a half baths, our home is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to explore all that Tampa has to offer. The modern decor, with green accents throughout, creates a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy the freedom of free parking and the convenience of amenities such as a grill, WiFi, cable TV, coffee, tea, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans for your culinary adventures. With sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, including a king bed, a queen bed, and two single beds, everyone will find their own cozy spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. There are 4 smart TVs located throughout the home with the living room flat screen being a whopping 80 inches. Washer and Dryer are also available for your laundry needs.

Overall, we enjoyed our weekend stay for a girl's weekend. It was a short drive to Riverside and Channelside, and we enjoyed the house. The shower in the master bath was outstanding.
I loved this place, the decor was super cute and prestige clean. I also liked how close everything was. The host had everything we needed at the Airbnb. Would definitely stay here again!!

This place was a nice newer build. I liked all of the modern feels and cute decor. I also liked that it was only about 16 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from my Walmart/Target. It was also very close to downtown, about 12 minutes. I was skeptical of entering the neighborhood when I first saw it but I had no issues at all. Things to note: the highway noise can be loud at night, but if you have no problem sleeping, it will be fine. There are no sharp knives for cutting. There is only one set of towels provided for each room. We killed a lot of spiders, so this place could be sprayed down. The main bathroom tub does not plug and hold water, could be inconvenient for small kids. A bath mat could be helpful as the tub was very slick while showering. There was also no hand soap in the main bathroom. The living room could use an area rug. We didn’t get to use much of the house as our trip was built on an itinerary, but when we were there, it was nice and easy.

Seminole Heights is an up-and-coming neighborhood that is central to Tampa Florida. There are various local small businesses within a 10-minute drive with other local attractions, such as downtown, York City, and St. Petersburg Florida being within a 15 to 30-minute drive.
Although there are various restaurants within walking distance, you will need a car to get around as public transportation is not the best in Florida.
