Welcome to my little cottage in the city. The house was built in 1926 but has been fully remodeled with modern style, while keeping the charm of an older home. Even though it's close to everything Tampa has to offer, it still has the feeling of that little, quiet neighborhood near the river. This is my home but I decided to rent it out while I travel for work. I love the front porch to sit on with a cold beverage and watch neighbors stroll by walking their dogs. The river park is very close by You'll find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one has shower, no tub). Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Strong wifi. Fully-equipped kitchen. Outside seating on the front and back porches and at the table beside the house. Parking. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Another great stay!!
Dougs place was the perfect house for a weekend getaway. The house was clean and as desribed. The location is perfect. We were in Tampa to attend concert at Raymond James Stadium. This is an older renovated house with all the comforts and technology of today. Would recommend staying at Dougs place and the next time we are in Tampa will stay here again. Howard
Doug’s place was exactly as listed and the as fantastic and comfortable. The beds were great. The kitchen had everything we needed.
We loved our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were so friendly. The cottage was clean, cozy and very comfortable. We would definitely like to stay there again. Highly recommend.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Old Seminole Heights! Well stocked kitchen and a comfy cottage, we loved our time in Tampa.

Wonderful neighborhood that is very walkable and close to the river and parks.
The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants on N Florida. Plus the area is so nice to take a morning walk - go walking down by the river. Plus if you don't have a car there is always Uber and Lyft.
