The condo was actually larger than the photos made it seem! Pleasantly surprised with the space. The furniture could be reupholstered or replaced. The couch and chairs were quite stained. The property was clean. It just feels very much like a short term rental and you can tell it’s been rented a lot. The view is everything! The accordion doors to the private deck are amazing! We would stay here again if/when come back to Oceanside.

This beautiful rental is exactly as pictured (maybe even better). Very spacious with more than enough room for a family. Easy access to the beach from the stairs directly in front of the rental. Easy walk to the pier and local restaurants. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Overall, a great spot for a beach vacation. Management company communicates very well and are very responsive.

Very beautiful and peaceful. Luxurious feel. It’s run by a company, so there was a coldness/bareness to some of the rooms and there were a few miscommunications. The spa wasn’t working and they did try their best to make up for it and get it fixed ahead of time so we only went one day without it. But there was some miscommunication about when the technician would show up and when we were checking in /checking out which was a minor inconvenience. The view is unbeatable, right on the water. There is a cool system that whenever we had a request (ie: extra blankets) it was almost like room service delivering them with live updates. Had everything we needed, just a few hiccups which I am sure is not a common issue. They seem very on top of it.

The property was clean and quiet and the kitchen was very well equipped. Quite impressed with the level of communication and responsiveness of the rental team. We of course loved the view and hot tub!
