Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de ce charmant cottage qui propose de nombreuses activités (kayak, billards, baby-foot, randonnées) et la vue depuis le salon était à couper le souffle (magnifiques couchers de soleil !!). Il faut néanmoins noter qu’il fait assez froid dans les deux chambres du sous sol malgré un thermostat réglé a 24 et la propreté est quelque peu à revoir avec de la poussière un peu partout (les salles de bain sont propres néanmoins) Dans l’ensemble un très bon séjour et avec un très bon rapport qualité prix je conseille ce logement pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis sans problème !!

Wow. Jims place is definitely the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Such a wonderful spot with a stellar host. A small slice of paradise to hide away. Anyone looking for a cottage rental on the water this is definitely the perfect spot. Several out door seating areas. Beautiful deck right on the water. House has tons of space, plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely repeat!

The place was very nice, comfortable and clean. There was always something to do, whether it be shooting pool in the game room or fishing from the dock. The location was very discrete and peaceful with a beautiful lake right in the backyard. Jim was a great host as he was very friendly and understanding to any problems that had come up. He also always responded quick to messages and was extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend this airbnb for a nice getaway as it was a great trip and great experience.

Communication with Jim was great. He responded in a timely manner with any questions that we had. Check-in / check-was smooth and simple. The cottage itself needed some love and support. The pictures displayed does not reflect the current condition of the cottage itself. If you are to sell the place on the outdoor space, the outdoor space should reflect as such. The newest dock was not cleaned while walkways and leading down to the dock had overgrowth and was not maintained. The patios (multi-level) closest to the house had rot and holes in the platform while some railing was rickety and unsafe. It was not a place to sit and relax. Nor a space for small child to play as noted as such with a playhouse. Inside cottage was outdated and expected but the brightness and cleanliness was not reflected in the pictures. The main areas were clean and vacuumed but seemed it was not cleaned recently prior to our arrival by the evidence of cobwebs in the corners and ceiling fans. You will have access to a a kayak and a three person canoe, but the oars provided were incorrect type for the size of canoe. There was one oar, a stand-up paddle board oar and a kayak paddle (yes they still worked for the 3-person canoe) The location couldn’t be better, it had wonderful views of the lake and easy access to the surrounding towns if you choose to venture out. I would not recommend using if you have small children or elderly. This cottage was adequate but it lacked the attention to detail that would make this a place a ‘must-book’!
