We were very happy with this property. Everything was as advertised, and the host was very responsive and friendly. Check-in could not have been any smoother. There was literally nothing to do other than enter the door code. Fast WiFi with a fiber connection to the Internet worked perfectly for all our devices (Windows, Linux, iPhone, Android and Roku). The same can not be said for the hotel we stayed in (Port Angeles) the night before! Also, the kitchen was fully equipped, which was convenient, as we made a lot of our own meals. It even had a digital kitchen scale, which I used daily. Would I rent this property again? Absolutely! I wish I was there right now.

Thank you Ruth! We had a super time staying at your home. It worked great for the 3 of us. We hit the weather PERFECTLY, so our week was full of my favorite walks, we enjoyed cooking at your home and we loved waking up to the familiar view of Westsound. It was a perfect week.

We loved the house and the view from the front deck was spectacular. The house is very tastefully furnished and decorated. There were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and bedroom linens. The kitchen was equipped with all sizes of baking pans, bowls and utensils. There is a large waffle iron and electric skillet in addition to a large gas stove and oven. Ruth has provided plenty of dishes, glass and silverware. There are games, books and puzzles for cozy evenings. There is an excellent restaurant within a 5 min. walk. It is very quiet and peaceful. We woke up one morning to 2 peacocks and 4 hens lounging on the front deck. The house is a convenient drive to the ferry terminal. Ruth was so helpful with dining and activity suggestions. We fell in love with Orcas Island, thanks Ruth for making our visit perfect. Patti and Dennis
