The place was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen had a good range of pots, pans and cooking utensils. Literally only had salt, pepper and soap (Castile soap is not shampoo) in the house. Not even coffee filters. Would be nice if they had more basic supplies and condiments. On the other hand, the games and firewood they had available was great! I felt they had you do a strange amount of cleanup for check out. Overall, I would be willing to stay here again. Thanks!

We stayed here for a week in early September. The weather was nice and the views from the back porch, fire pit, and bedroom with the king bed are gorgeous. You can see the water and boats go by. Deer visited the property regularly. Right down the road were some goats and cows, which were fun to visit when we walked our dog. Occasionally, you can hear the small planes take off from the airport close by. The property is a short drive (about five minutes) from the grocery store in Eastsound. Mount Constitution is about a 30-minute drive and the ferry terminal is about 20 minutes away from the property. The home is spacious enough for four adults to feel like they have some privacy. The kitchen is large, though it could be stocked a bit better with storage containers for leftovers. The dining area is a bit small for large families. The table only seats about four adults comfortably. When we were there, there was also a picnic table outside. The beds are comfortable enough. I would recommend North Beach Inn to friends and family looking for a comfortable stay that has quick access to a beach to walk and play. The proximity to Eastsound and other sites such as mini golf, the state park, and Outer Island Excursions is a plus.

Spacious, comfortable, and cozy. We had fires every night. Only had one minor mishap with a couch foot. ;)

We loved our stay in Mary’s house. We were a group of 6 longtime friends looking for a getaway. The house was located right in the middle of the island so travel either direction was not to far. 95%of the time we were in the kitchen area, with all the windows it was light and bright. We saw many deer and we absolutely loved the goats!!! The weather was cold and the cabin was warm, having a washer and dryer was a bonus! We all said we would stay there again.
