We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sad we didnt bring the dog as the area was super dog friendly. No83 was a lovely base had everything we could ask for. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with all you could need. Was lovely having coffee on the deck out front in the morning sun and a cheeky glass of something stronger whilst sitting on the back deck in the afternoon. Thank you for sharing your home from home. We will be back.

Lovely little break. Been coming to Oulton Broad many many years. First time on this side and won’t be our last for sure. Lovely location, spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped kitchen, knocked up a roast with ease as everything was there to use. Lovely little homely touches around the place. Hosts very helpful and contactable. Had a totally relaxing vibe. Loved it thank you. Will be booking again soon.

We had a really lovely weekend here. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the kids, it costs to go in but we were able to stay longer than an hour and we had it all to ourselves one day! The play park is very good, a nice short walk next to the river, about 10 mins. It had everything you need in the lodge and the site itself is nice and quiet. It is next to the train line but we hardly noticed the trains. The sofa was very comfy! Thank you :)

Thoughtfully equipped chalet and comfortable. The sofa was delicious! Easy to feel at home and made a great base for exploring The Broads, even in February!
