Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Space is clean, bright and tastefully decorated with a full kitchen. This is a great place to go with or without kids and the people we ran into were quite friendly. The high rise is less than an hour drive from Fort Myers airport and is close to three grocery stores and multiple restaurants. Tricia, the owner of the condo, was extremely responsive and was excellent with all communication. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and Tricia is by far the best host I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend staying here and we plan to return.

Beautiful place, the view is absolutely amazing! Tricia did such a great job with communicating prior to, during and during check out. Everything was incredibly clean, and nicely decorated. The supplies that are there are so handy, cooler, chairs, umbrella, towels, beach bag, wagon, two sets of binoculars, even can coozies- by far, the most prepared rental we've ever stayed in. There is a view on both the entrance (you can see a lot of Marco) as well as the balcony (ocean). Plenty of space on the balcony, with great seating. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool is heated and has plenty of seating, no one feels the need to 'save' spots. Instructions were very clear an had great recommendations. Walkable to a few restaurants, which is nice too. We rented a boat slip also (through the condo), they were very helpful as well, give them a day or so to get back to you. Would highly recommend this condo! Thanks Tricia!

Our stay at Tricia’s was fantastic, she is a super host! The accommodations felt very high end and we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back and I would recommend this place to anyone that asks.

We just returned for a relaxing week at Tricia’s condo. I can’t say enough good things about it with the gorgeous view being at the top of the list! It was amazing to watch the sunsets right from your balcony. The condo had everything you would need for the beach including a cart, chairs, towels, fishing rods and more. The kitchen was nicely equipped with all you would need to make a meal. Tricia even stopped by to drop off a potato masher. I thought it was nice that she provided starting supplies of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, dish and hand soap so you didn’t need to run the the grocery store right away. The property had a large pool, gym and tennis and pickelball courts so you have lots you can do. Grocery stores were very close. This a was the nicest property we have stayed in Florida and I highly recommend it!
