Great location, close to the night life. Host was very communicative. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Security guard was nice too. Didnt have any trouble with hot water or with fridge that was mentioned in some reviews. Some of the rooms felt a little dated considering the price but overall our group enjoyed our stay and location felt super safe too

We had a great experience with this air bnb. whatever a asked for he took care of it. I asked for a TV to be put in one of the rooms and he and his work crew came a hung the t.v on the wall and left. the cleaning ladies were great and they went to the store and cooked for us. they were very nice and helpful. the host made our trip great, it was 6 of us. thank you for the great experience. also he had security on site for our safety. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

Very beautiful neighborhood, great house, maid was very helpful and the security guard was funny. The team was super nice and gave lots of useful recommendations. Would recommend to anyone who’s traveling with friends.

Mark was a great host, always responsive and continuously answering our doubts and questions. The space was clean and organized, and the cleaning service was always impecable.

Tremendous stay! Very comfortable and great location. Mark and team was very welcoming and responsive to my friends and me. The home is beautiful. Each room has its own AC unit and a comfy bed, making for a great place to relax after a long day. Any issues we brought up, Mark and team worked immediately to remedy them. The extra amenities were greatly appreciated and made our stay much more comfortable. The location is ideal. The area is quiet but only a 10-minute walk to the clock tower where all the bars and clubs and restaurants are. Only a 5-minute walk to La Cevichería, the best ceviche I've ever had in my life (the one with coconut--I don't even like coconut), courtesy of Anthony Bourdain's recommendation. Also less than a 15-minute walk to the dock. Definitely recommend renting a boat and heading to the Rosario Islands for some sun, sand, and snorkeling!
