we had an amazing stay at this townhouse. the townhouse was very clean and comfortable. the beds are also very comfortable. we enjoyed breakfast watching the sunrise on the screened in porch with a nice breeze coming off the water. it was also fun to watch the taxi and other boats come in. it was conveniently located and easy to get to the beach (5 minute golf cart ride or about 15 minute walk at most) and pool (3 minute golf cart ride and about 7 minutes walk) which was even closer. the golf cart was a wonderful addition and made our trip even more smooth. we would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends!
Comfortable and clean townhome just a few short steps from Pine Island Sound. Beach is only a 8-minute walk. Sleeps 5-6 comfortably although the third bedroom has a very low ceiling and no outside windows.
We arrived on the Island Girl Charter and they carried all of our luggage and groceries to the front door. “Your on vacation now, don’t touch a thing.” Is what they told us. Desiree supplied everything you could have possibly needed for your trip. 6 brand new beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys and much more. There is a sea kayak and golf cart included in this rental which is a huge perk! The home’s furnishings were lovely. I can not think of one bad thing to say about our trip. We will be back! Just remember that when you come to an island you need to remember all of your grocery items for the week.. island prices for incidentals can be pricey.. make a list before you come!
It was such a great stay. Desiree was a wonderful host and communicated with us throughout our stay. Look forward to booking again. 16 years staying at the Island and this was definitely one of the best.
This townhome is adorable and a great central location on the island. I stay on N Captiva often and this was my first time staying in Safety Harbor. Loved it and you can tell the townhome is well cared for.

The island has no roads to it, so you can relax to the sounds of nature with no car noise. From this townhouse, the beach is a short 3-4 minute golf cart ride away. On your ride to the beach, you will drive on quiet, sandy roads lined with luscious tropical plants, palm trees, and bright, beautiful flowers. You might even see one of the island's endangered gopher tortoises! Check out the pristine nature preserve which takes up most of the southern end of the island. Enjoy miles of white, sugar-sand beaches, warm, salty gulf waters with gentle waves, and a natural preserve on the southern tip of the island. This townhouse comes with a Safety Harbor Club membership, which includes use of the tennis courts, the club pool, private club access to the beach, private docks, and two lookout towers to take in panoramic views of the island and the ocean.
