We had a fantastic stay at Sunnybank. The cottage is lovely and spacious with everything needed for a great stay. The directions to get there and the instructions for getting the keys were perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean and we instantly felt at home! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, with loads of pots and pans and utensils. The living/dining room is very comfortable and has plenty of space. Although we didn't have time to read, there are loads of books to choose from for all tastes. The location was great for our needs and easy to get to nice beaches and other local places to visit. The views from the cottage were lovely although we didn't have the best weather for our week to enjoy them fully from the two garden areas! Jessica was easily contactable although we only needed to call her once to assist the water company worker who couldn't find the water meter!!! I would highly recommend Sunnybank for any time of the year.

We spent 10 days in Jessicas house and felt at home right away. Calm little village with a very welcoming pub right around the corner and the house had everything we needed. Really comfortable beds. The garden was perfect for our dogs to play outside. We had a really good time there.

Comfortable and spacious cottage, fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The garden is fully enclosed dog friendly and safe for children. The location was perfect for visiting the local area and further afield. The village has a shop and a great pub with a very friendly welcome, it also has dog friendly areas for dining, 2 minutes walk.

Excellent, very quiet base for a holiday. Very good food at a local pub and (cash only) village shop on your doorstep. A short drive to lovely beaches on the Rock (15 minute) and Padstow (30 minute) side of the Camel Estuary. Our stay was in August so the well-known beaches were crowded but we found quiet ones, anything with a walk to get to it and no cafe were perfect for us. Wadebridge (10 minute) has supermarkets, Baker Tom for sourdough, a green grocer, a few nice cafes, a bookshop and an excellent health food shop. Port Isaac was heaving, we left after 10 minutes. Too many Doc Martin fans. The cottage is very peaceful and very clean especially the bathrooms and laundered bed linen. We would definitely go again.
