We had a great week in St Minver. Julie’s cottage was just what we needed for our family with two small kids - garden for getting outside (not that we used it much) and the games, books and DVD’s were welcome. The location was great for us - we spent most of our time between Rock beach, Padstow and Wadebridge. The house was very homely, comfortable and well equipped. Only suggestions we’d make is a few more sets of cutlery and mugs so we didn’t need to put the dishwasher on so frequently (or maybe we drink too much tea…!). Julie was responsive and friendly although we were busy and had no issues so we didn’t need to call for anything. All in all, lovely location, good for kids (our are 3 and 5 and thought it was a great adventure) and comfy cosy house.

A fabulous cosy cottage with a lovely log burner in the living room. Beautifully clean with comfy beds and modern kitchen and bathroom. Great views from the house. Close to fabulous beaches, nice local pub in Pityme and perfect location to explore the coast.

Great location for the beach if you love walking and surfing. A lovely Cornish cottage which we enjoyed spending a couple of cosy evenings relaxing in. I would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Julie’s beautiful cottage. A fantastic location with stunning scenic views. The cottage itself was so comfy and cosy - we loved the fire, hot water bottles, comfy beds and blankets. The kids enjoyed choosing bedtime stories from Julie’s collection and we loved trying out the hot tub on our last night - there were so many stars in the sky! Didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much.
