Matthew's place was the perfect place to perch at the end of a spectacular day of eclipse viewing. Clean, quiet, everything needed for a short stay. Pretty little neighborhood just steps from Yellow Springs' charming downtown. Matthew responded almost immediately to all of my last-minute inquiries, and lived in the house adjacent, but my space felt very private.

This was a great home base for our weekend getaway in Yellow Springs! Walkable to downtown and the bike path. It had everything we needed.
