The house was clean, organized and worked perfectly for our work trip. The location was convenient for us. Very private. Overall, this was perfect for what we needed.

My parents stayed for a month. Joshua was very responsive. A few minor maintenance issues that were quickly fixed. The house was really nice and a very comfortable place to stay. The only issues that prevented me from giving it 5 stars were cleaning. There was not a great deal of attention paid to detail—cobwebs in the kitchen, dead bugs and dirt in the sliding glass door, furnace filter had piles of dust, scratches on the refrigerator, etc. Most people do not stay for a month and might not have noticed any of this. Overall, this experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend Joshua and his property to others.
