We had a really great stay at the Villa. Evita and her family are absolutely lovely, so welcoming and relaxed. The villa very much feels like a home rather than a rental, with beautiful furnishings and decor, games etc. We loved the location because it was really private and peaceful yet a short drive to lovely beaches, tavernas, supermarket and the small water park at the hotel up the road. Thanks Evita & family!

Evita was amazing even before we landed, messages to make sure we knew where we were going, family members to greet us upon arrival, they were lovely and informative. A basket of local produce greeted us in the kitchen along with local wines. The villa is beautiful and spacious throughout. Its situated on the cape and part of the island we have never explored. Lixouri, short drive, has some lovely restaurants and the square at night is a meeting hub for the town, which is great to see. The beaches surrounding the villa are also quiet and relaxing. We couldn't fault this place, it was truly wonderful, Evita made sure we had a great holiday. Would love to come back, we will come back!

We had an incredible stay in Kefalonia in this very special villa. Evita the host went above an beyond before our arrival and during. Great communication and advise and when we ran into a couple of issues she went out of her way to help us. The villa itself is incredible and exceeded our expectations. It is a lovely large piece of land with an incredible pool and bbq area outside which we took full advantage of. The house itself is very comfortable and fully equipped. It is very close to the sea and remote. But everything you could need is within a 15 drive. There are numerous incredible beaches nearby too. I could not recommend this place enough for a magical escape.

What an amazing villa. Evita, was the perfect host. Communication was excellent, and she replied to all queries very promptly. She provided a wealth of information about Kefalonia, the best beaches, restaurants etc. Invaluable. The villa is about an hours drive from the airport, however there is a ferry from Argostoli, which cuts the drive time considerably, and it’s a great way to travel! On arrival at the villa, Evita met us, gave us a useful tour, and supplied a basket of lovely Kefalonian treats. The villa is in a beautiful location, close to the sea, and Meltemi taverna is a 15 minute walk. The food there is very good, and it has a great view across the blue sea. The villa has every facility, and is really well equipped. The kitchen has an American style fridge freezer, and there is a further freezer in the basement, with lots of ice blocks, and a cool box. All the accommodation areas are very well furnished to a high standard. Villa Theros is very private, as it stands on a large plot of land, and has a lovely stone wall all around. Entry is by a remote controlled electric gate. I cannot think of one thing to improve upon as Evita has obviously thought of everything a family could need for an enjoyable holiday. The outside space amazing with a large very well maintained pool, with nearby shower. There is also a covered bbq area. The gardens are very well kept, and the flowers attract beautiful butterflies, and birds. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a very private villa in a beautiful location, with easy access to beaches, and a nearby taverna,I would agree that a car is essential, but it also gives you the ability to explore wonderful Kefalonia. You will not be disappointed.
