Great place for a family vacation! The host was great! Dominique responded fast every time we had questions and successfully coordinated everything. Tony welcomed us and showed us everything on our arrival, providing all the info we needed during our stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Place was clean and comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. Host was so helpful that got us a high chair for our baby, even though it wasn't included in the amenities! The best part was that you stepped out of the villa and the beach was just right in front of our feet! Best scenario for the little ones, since the beach is safe and the sea shallow enough for kids to play without danger. View was amazing from the deck and the set up outside the villa was very convenient for lunch and family dinners. Cafe/Restaurant next to the villa, also helped a lot. We really appreciated everything here and our family had a great experience! Highly recommend for family vacation!

The location of this place is amazing, it is just a few meters from the sea and from a small, never crowded sandy beach. The house has a garden where you can sunbathe in privacy and at the same time you are almost on the beach. The sea view from the bedrooms and from the terrace is amazing! There is a very good taverna next to the house, but if you want to look around the island, you definetly need a car.

Localisation de rêve : la terrasse de la maison est à 25m de l’eau ! Petite plage de sable quasiment privée, vue dégagée et exceptionnelle sur les falaises blanches de Xi. L’accueil d’Antoine et Angelika, qui vivent juste à côté, est formidable. Ils parlent français et anglais, et sont de très bon conseil pour les activités de la région. On se sent les bienvenus, avec même des petits cadeaux à l’arrivée et au départ ! La maison est charmante, propre, bien équipée. Les draps sont changés et le ménage est fait au milieu de la semaine. Une personne très sympathique est sur place pour aider, et mettre en place les parasols le matin ! La péninsule de Paliki est très préservée, on y trouve des petits villages authentiques et des plages paradisiaques. Encore merci à nos hôtes et à bientôt !

This place is a peace of heaven. The house is located just in front of the sea, with astonishing view and comfortable garden. If you don’t like cooking, there is tverna near by and you can also order food for home delivery. But if you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped. It’s a sandy beach with a shallow calm water, suitable even for kids. The owner is hospitable and everything is perfectly organized. It’s a place where you can rest in privacy and the same time you are at first line of a sandy beach with a great view. The host is always around if you need anything. The house is fully equipped and the second floor bedrooms have sea view with a comfortable balcony. You definitely need a car if you internet to leave the house and visit the near by city of Lixuri or shop in the supermarket. But there is a parking place inside the yard where you can park your car. My family loved the place and we intend to go back for another vacation.
