We loved our stay at Warren’s and Lily’s farm. Thank you for sharing this place with us. The view of the hills, the trees, the tour of the amazing garden by Warren, the chickens, the guinea pigs, we loved everything. One of the most memorable places we’ve stayed in. The beds were comfortable and sufficient for 7 people. I would recommend sleeping with earplugs because the roosters start their crowing FROM 4 am till well past 9am and that is expected in a farm. All in all, a great stay - 5 star rating.

If a sanitised characterless franchise accommodation experience is what you are seeking, this place is not the answer. But if you are this far into the reviews then the above probably doesn't apply. This is a true blue, off the tourist trail, real world experience. It is a genuine taste of NZ life. A rustic experience without pampered luxury but functional and comfortable and clean. The hosts clearly know how to provide good hospitality. Everything works and is nicely decorated. Great for a place to sleep if that is all you need, but a good place to spend some time too. If you are travelling from afar and missing your pets from home, there is also a few very friendly animals you can make friends with too.
