Celeen was the perfect host and went out of her way by providing a card table and chairs for dining with friends. Beach chairs provided with an umbrella and wagon to haul. Lovely neighbors and beautiful area close to beach! Thanks Celeen!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Celeen had everything we could have ever needed for our week long vacation in cocoa beach. Her place is neat, spotless and beautifully decorated! I would come back and stay at her place again in a heartbeat. Such a short walk to the beach too.

Todo excelente. Con mi familia nos sentimos como en casa. Muy hermoso hospedaje. Celeen muy atenta y responde sin demoras. Entorno muy tranquilo efectivamente a 50 Mts de la playa. Restaurantes cerca en la zona. La playa, muy tranquila y limpia. Muy satisfecho con el servicio y con la atención de Celeen. Vecindario muy sereno y tranquilo. Genial !!

I stayed at "La Riviera" for a month. I have to start by saying location was great, literally steps away from the beach, and close to everything you may possibly need. It is a very small place, but plenty of closets and storage. Kitchen is nice. I would not rate this stay "luxury". The units are very close, there is little to no privacy and you can hear everything upstairs and next door. The neighbours also make sure to keep track of your ins and outs. It is a ground floor unit, no sea view, balcony or outside area to sit. It was a peaceful stay overall, although there were a couple of evenings of blasting music next door. The water pressure in the bathroom is really bad, I was not able to wash my hair in the shower, and had to do it in the kitchen sink. There is no real chairs, only a couple of stools in the kitchen. No area to apply make-up. Had issue with broken A/C but it was taken care the next day. Communication was ok. But I do feel is a bit overpriced.
