Away from things so very quiet, the unit is not beach front but the location for the hotel/condos is beach front access. No elevator, and you will have to pay a $100 security deposit.

First off, Jim was very kind and helpful. He was genuinely concerned with making sure we were all set and our stay was comfortable and smooth. The room was on the second floor of the resort. Didn’t notice any elevator near by but stairs were close enough. Your typical two bed hotel room with one full bathroom, large corner space for hanging clothes, a mini fridge, microwave, and a simple coffee dripper. Was nice and close to beach. Not many restaurants worth going to near by. About 1-2 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach where all the good dining and shops are. The people in the area are so kind too. Every interaction with the locals was very pleasant.
