Chris’s place was the perfect location for our family to spend our holiday break. There was always something to keep us entertained, such as taking daily walks on the beach and sunbathing, exercising in the gym, playing pickleball or basketball, or hanging around the pool and hot tub. The location makes for a terrific home base for all Cocoa beach attractions, many of which are only a short walk or bike ride away, such as the popular Cocoa Beach pier, Port Canaveral, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, and grocery store. We barely used our car during our stay. The beach was also an excellent venue to watch rocket launches, and we were pleased to witness two during our stay. Our two bedroom unit looked just like the photos, had a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and a convenient upright washer/dryer unit. We also appreciated the wrist band keys that gave access to the unit and all resort amenities. We had a wonderful week away and would highly recommend Chris’s place to others!

We went to Cocoa beach for the week because our grandson was was attending Space Camp. Chris was an amazing host. He was responsive from the very beginning. Check- in was a breeze, there are actually people at the front desk to check you in and give you your keys. We arrived early and were given wristbands and keycards so that we could use the pool and other facilities. Everyone working at the resort were friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean and well kept. The unit felt spacious and although it’s an older property it was clean. The building maintenance folks are really on top of everything, we had a problem with our living room tv and 15 minutes after our call they were knocking at our door to fix it. We later had an issue with the dryer and again 15 minutes after our call they arrived and within 45 minutes they had replaced the entire unit and sent housekeeping to make sure everything was tidy. It’s a family oriented resort and everyone we met were friendly.

We had a great time staying here. We enjoyed the beach, hot tub and large pool. This unit is on the side and the oceanview from the balcony is kind of small. We ate at Fish lips and Florida Grill and they both were very good. We didn’t take advantage of the game room or movie theater but they looked nice.

Chris’s properly at the Resort in Cocoa Beach was a perfect fit for our family vacation! We had ample space in a clean, well appointed, and centralized location for a week on the beach. The unit had everything we needed and the convenience of the pool and beach access was perfect - the resort staff was also exceptionally accommodating and we were pleased to show off the location to some of our local Florida friends. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend staying with Chris to anyone looking for an upscale, family-oriented vacation!

Perfect locations for families , beach, amazing pool with bar, game room, lots of activities. Amenities are spotless and run smoothly all day long.
