Quiet neighborhood conveniently located near MBS airport for a convenient Uber ride. Private patio with fireplace & wooded view. Ask about the unit next door if you're traveling with a group. This is a private Duplex unit with 3 parking spaces.

Also nearby Dow Chemical, Dow Corning, Covenant Healthcare, Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital, Mid Michigan Medical Center, McLaren Bay Region Hospital, Saginaw Valley University, Northwood University, Central Michigan University and much more.
