Todd was extremely responsive to our needs. Really, a great host. New rental property, so there’s some things still in the works and I’m sure this will be amazing in a year or two. One of the bedrooms is separated by a curtain on the way outside, which was strange and unexpected via pics. Mattresses are temperpedic, FYI. Hot tub was fantastic, but a bit exposed to the road and neighbors. Outside property is a gem! We would consider coming back if in the area again. Word to the wise if not familiar with the area, don’t trust Google, stick to main roads, and approach property from the north via Tittabawasee Rd.

We were traveling back to Saginaw for the holidays and had two kids with us - ages 4 and 5. Staying here was a great alternative to the Bay Rd hotels, especially considering that we would have most likely booked 2 rooms based on the duration of stay, extra holiday stuff etc. The property is remote/secluded and very newly remodeled. Nights and mornings are peaceful and quiet. Brand new washer / dryer, plenty of Roku enabled TVs to connect to, good kitchen amenities and stocked single cup or pots of coffee were welcome . A full game closet was a nice surprise for the kids. The hot tub was brand new. I'm sure in the summer we would have spent more time outside in the backyard, which overlooks a pond. Will definitely stay again when we are back in town.
