Quick access to I-35, 45, shopping, dining, Austin, San Marcos, Hill Country, major employers, and events such as SXSW, Formula 1/Circuit of the Americas, and Austin City Limits Music Festival. Ranch style 3 bed, 2 bath home on one level. Bright and tastefully decorated home with everything you need while away. Fully equipped kitchen, prepare family meals with ease. EV CHARGER: Level 2 universal charger (NACS with J1772 adapter) Full Kitchen with private dining area that also functions as a great work space, spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queen beds. 2 full baths, The master has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and garden tub. Free use of washer and dryer. The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Beautiful backyard deck with covered pergola, perfect for grilling or enjoying a glass of wine. Wood pellet smoker/grill and an outdoor propane gas fireplace for your use, as well as a swing, hammock, and chairs. In the summer there is a beautiful garden. PETS: Dog Friendly! The yard is fenced. Dogs only please. (Nothing against cats other than our allergies) There will be an additional $150 pet cleaning fee. POOL: The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day (CLOSED IN WINTER). We are not responsible for the pool's closure, as it is a community HOA pool and out of our control. If this key card is lost, there is a $100 replacement fee. Summer 2024 Hours May 25 - August 11 Open:10am-9pm

Great place to stay, peaceful area, lovely home, amazing host and house is equipped with the everything you will need, I stayed for a week and everything was great!
We were here for the MotoGp race at COTA. It was an easy commute to the track. It was a very comfortable stay for our Family of four. Would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the area.
The check in was super easy and the house was absolutely stunning. Heidi was quick to respond to any questions I had. This is a great place to have a quiet get away!
I love the stay the home was great the traffic from the city is common but overall I will be back there

There is a large park two blocks away with swings and slides for the kids, a large area for exercising pets, and is looped with a limestone walking/running trail.
Community Pool, staffed with lifeguard, accessed with key card, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day(CLOSED WINTER).
A vehicle will be needed for easy transport. Uber and Lyft are available.

My husband and I, both are travel nurses. Originally from the Midwest, but now we claim Kyle, Texas as home!! My husband and I love traveling to new places together!! We really enjoy exploring and immersing ourselves in new places, by running, biking, hiking, and finding good places for food and drinks! Love being outside and exploring the area we stay at. We have had a great experience with Airbnb and I always check it out before booking hotels when we travel! We bought our first home, here in Texas, in 2019 and decided to share our homes with others while we are off traveling for work. We aim to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible! We strive to keep our homes clean and well-stocked. We take all feedback seriously and try to grow and improve the space for our guests! We appreciate all communication or none if that is your preference, but always want you to feel you can reach out to us with any questions or concerns! We have a local handyman and cleaner that work hard to keep our place up to hosting standards!
