A beautiful and clean space for a quick weekend trip. Check-in was easy and Alina & Fanny were very responsive. Fair warning- parking is difficult, so I would suggest walking and public transport. But walk to downtown is fair!

Trash dumpers in common area full of garbage. Smelled horrendous (smelled like garbage & 2nd hand smoke). Advised available hours of communication after the fact. Would not adjust temperature (AC). We were freezing cold. I think it was a different host then I had from the other two night that we stay (property in the same area). We were there to visit Philadelphia and see some tourists /historical area. Our stay at this air bnb was mediocre.

Parking problems and the apartment stairs not good enough for disabled people ! In the picture not showing basement house but when we arrived they give us basement rooms this is not good enough!

i stayed here for a night because i had work in the city. great location, like a block from Broad Street, easy to get wherever you need to go. the place/room was great. had a small kitchenette against the wall and looked exactly like the pictures. bathroom was very nice as well, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. however, the towels provided were pretty small. they barely covered my torso. i would suggest bringing your own towel and wash cloth. also, it’s a shared room in a house, and my room was in the lower level. so you do hear people walking around. i thought someone was upstairs walking around in flipfops until i realized it was a couple in the other room downstairs having sex 😂😂. but if you need absolute/complete privacy and silence, i suggest a different spot. however, that will be the case in any shared room of a house.
