This is our second time staying at Paul’s place and it was amazing! We appreciate so much how he literally has thought of everything and anything you may need is there waiting and ready for you! The condo is very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for a trip to Oceanside. Paul is extremely helpful and very responsive. We will be back again :)

This is our second stay at North Coast Village and we loved Paul's place! The feeling of home was present as soon as we walked in the door and was the perfect space for my family of five. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathroom space accommodating, and kitchen had space for everything. Thankful to have discovered such a welcoming place to stay! We will be back!

We will definitely be back!! This was our first trip to CA and our first experience with Paul & airbnb. We had a great time and a wonderful vacation! The condo is exactly as pictured! Paul is wonderful, extremely accommodating, and very responsive! The staff on location were all amazing and friendly as well! We felt very safe at this resort! The condo and the surrounding property were pristinely clean & very welcoming! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, the gym, the beach… and of course the condo itself! Our home away from home was filled with so many things we didn’t even think we’d need! Paul has thought of everything from wine glasses to beach towels and beach accessories as well as extra blankets and games for rainy days! The kids played JENGA!! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we could’ve needed to cook at “home” which we did for breakfast & snacks most days! We definitely recommend Paul, his condo(s), and this resort/location!

We had a great stay at Paul’s place at the end of our California trip. The beds in the bedrooms were super comfy and our girls enjoyed the pool. Paul communicated super clearly which we really appreciated. The condo is at the back of the complex and you can hear the trains.

The unit exceeded my expectations! I am now spoiled from the modern but comfortable decor and luxury amenities like sharp knives and nice blender ,big Keri machine, extra blankets and pillows and great mattresses There are 2 king beds master suites.The host is super nice and responds quickly too!
