Excellent location -- easy access to every where I wanted to go. Theresa was very helpful and found several locations where I could watch the NFL I was arriving just in time to see. Very clean and spacious -- larger than photos (everyone says that, but it's true). Private and quiet -- big pluses to me. Good value, too, in my opinion. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a very nice space clean and quite. Neighbor was safe. The only thing I can say I didn’t like was that the host asked me to cancel because she could no longer host and Airbnb advised is if the host needs to cancel for whatever reason they need to process cancellation. Once I advised host of this she stated that Airbnb didn’t let her cancel. This was the only thing I didn’t like because if I hadn’t called Airbnb I could have lost my money. And I also thought the cleaning fee was a lot because you then get a check out list from host and your basically cleaning the suit yourself.

We had great stay. This studio was great for our visiting needs. The bed was comfortable and it was close to VSFB and many restaurants. We visited all the near by towns . We would stay again.

The place was neat and clean, and very accessible via private entrance. Bed was comfortable, kitchen has all the necessities and a nice 5 gallon water stand, both heated and cooled. Great place to stay overall.
