The Book House was a fantastic place to stay. The house was lovely, cozy, clean, exactly as described and Marine City is a very cute little town, perfect for a weekend stay. On top of that, Amanda was an amazing host - excellent communication and lovely personalized touches making the stay extra special. I would recommend The Book House to anyone, and hope to return again soon!

We had a great stay at Amanda’s house. We loved reading about her story and had everything we needed for a great stay. The town of Marine city was cute, I’m sure it’s great fun in the summer months.

My family and I had a perfect Easter weekend here. My kids found their Easter baskets and eggs with joy and kept referring to the house “we borrowed.” We’re all felt right at home!!! Gregory the bear even camped out with the boys!
